We're not looking for a software engineer, we're looking for a problem solver who uses software as a tool to solve said problems. Ok we're looking for a software engineer, but we needed a hook. We're looking for design savvy product minded engineers who can take a messy but workable product into a well polished and enjoyable experience for the end user. We don't really care what your technical stack is - we much prefer someone who is comfortable working in any environment.
