Mechanical Design Engineer - Plastics

Join as a Designer at the Engineering Competence Center in Sii. Our team is responsible for the development of new products in the area of plastic electric enclosures for the electrical industry. In this role, you will participate in the entire design process, from initial concept and requirements analysis to the development of ready-made design solutions. The project is carried out at the production plant in Bieruń with the possibility of regular trips and collaboration with teams in Germany. Your tasks Creating and developing technical solutions already at the concept stageDesigning new concepts and structural solutionsUtilizing Creo Simulate and Creo3D tools in the design processManaging technical documentation in the PTC Windchill (PLM) systemAnalyzing injection molding processes in the context of designed solutionsCollaborating with an international team to implement engineering projectsParticipating in project reviews and concept presentations Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience as a DesignerStrong knowledge of Creo Simulate and Creo3DAbility to design solutions using plasticsKnowledge of engineering principles and technical designProficiency in Polish at a communicative levelProficiency in English at an advanced level - min. B2Willingness to travel regularly to Germany - one week per month or shorter Nice to have Experience in leading engineering projectsKnowledge of engineering analysis and simulation methodsAbility to communicate in German will be an additional asset Job no.
