About The Role
This senior leadership position sits within the Strategy, Programmes & Innovation team and provides strategic leadership across the National, Contractor and Specialist Applications Portfolio.
You will be responsible for leading a significant portfolio of digital programmes and services that support clinical and operational priorities across NHSGGC while contributing to wider regional and national digital health objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include
Leading the development and delivery of complex digital transformation programmes.Providing strategic oversight of national systems, contractor services and specialist applications.Ensuring robust programme governance, risk management and benefits realisation.Managing financial resources, workforce planning and programme performance.Leading engagement with senior clinical, operational and executive stakeholders.Managing relationships with suppliers, contractors and national partners.Providing leadership and support to Programme Managers, Business Analysts and specialist programme teams.
The role requires a highly credible leader who can operate effectively at strategic level while maintaining a strong focus on delivery, outcomes and continuous improvement.
