About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Multibanking Team at Haufe Group. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our cloud-based multibanking platform, which handles significant transaction volumes and provides seamless financial services to our clients. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of software developers, UX designers, product owners, and agile coaches to create innovative solutions that prioritize user experience, scalability, and security. Your expertise will help us leverage modern technologies and artificial intelligence tools to deliver reliable and efficient banking applications. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact the financial operations of thousands of users, ensuring their transactions are safe, swift, and hassle-free. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess at least five years of experience as a full stack developer, with a strong background in building modern, scalable banking software. Proficiency in React and TypeScript is essential for frontend development, while backend expertise should include Java with Spring Boot and relational databases such as PostgreSQL. Experience working with cloud services like AWS (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda) and microservices architecture is highly desirable. A solid understanding of integrating artificial intelligence tools into development workflows, particularly for critical processes, will be advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code, practicing test-driven development, and adhering to agile methodologies. Fluency in German at a C2 level is required for effective communication within the team and stakeholder engagement.
