You communicate clearly, align stakeholders, and translate ambiguity into actionable engineering direction—especially in fast-moving, agent-driven development contexts.
You coach and mentor others, raise the bar for rigor and reproducibility, and collaborate effectively across teams and organizational boundaries to drive shared outcomes.
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field8+ years of experience in embedded systems/firmware verification, debugging as verification leadStrong understanding of MCU behavior and embedded debugging techniquesSolid coding and scripting skills (Python, Bash) and hands-on experience with GitLab and DockerProven experience building and operating highly automated CI and product verification environmentsStrong knowledge of test-driven development and verification-driven engineering practicesFamiliarity with verification challenges in agent-generated software and agentic workflow systems
