# Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack), Identity & Access Management ## About the Role MongoDB is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack) to join the MongoDB Atlas Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. The IAM team builds and maintains authentication systems, including OAuth, SSO, and Federated Identity, as well as authorization systems such as RBAC and ABAC, enabling customers to securely build and manage applications with Atlas. This role focuses on designing, architecting, building, and delivering core IAM capabilities while leading complex technical projects and UI/UX development. The position also includes mentoring team members, improving engineering practices and design principles, and taking ownership of project priorities and execution.
