Sales Development Representative

We’re partnering with a fast-growing AI company in Utrecht that’s hiring a Flemish speaking SDR. This is a massive growth opportunity, you would be an earlier hire in a company with strong product market fit and a high calibre, driven team. They have an AI native platform that automates the tender procurement process, and Belgium is a big potential growth market. Why this role stands out: Clear progression path to Team Lead SDR or Account ExecutiveCoaching-driven environment with strong sales mentorshipStrong funding, clear product market fit and growth plan The role: Proactively target and engage BE prospects through outbound outreach (email, cold call etc)Build pipeline in industries where tender processes are core (eg tech, public sector, construction, finance)Qualify opportunities and book high-quality meetings for the sales teamWork closely with AEs, Marketing, and Customer Success What we’re looking for: Intelligent, gritty, and authentic personalityHighly coachable and eager to improveStrong communication, comfortable with outbound sales and proactive prospectingNative Flemish, French is a big plus Nice to have: 6 to 12 months of sales experience, though not essentialBackground in competitive sports or other performance-driven environments Package: 💰 €45K base + €10K to €15K variable 🏡 Hybrid model, 2-3 days per week in office - more flexibility for someone based in BE
