Neos is Seeking a DevOps Engineer for a contract-to-hire role for with our client in Austin, TX.
HYBRID - ONLY CANDIDATES CURRENTLY RESIDING IN THE AUSTIN, TX AREA WILL BE CONSIDERED***
Position is Hybrid with two days onsite (Austin, TX)

Job Description
This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, automation solutions, and production environments.
They will work closely with development, quality assurance, security, and operations teams to improve deployment processes, system reliability, scalability, and overall platform performance.
This individual will participate in backlog grooming sessions, daily scrums, architecture discussions, and requirements-gathering activities.
They will collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and infrastructure teams as needed, while providing regular updates to the scrum team and project leadership.
The candidate will actively represent technical concerns, solution options, and the potential impact of infrastructure and application changes.
They will triage and resolve issues across production and multiple non-production environments while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
