What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain an intelligent Application Troubleshooting and Observability Platform providing a unified 360° view of application health, performance, dependencies, incidents, and infrastructure. Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python and modern software engineering practices. Develop data ingestion pipelines to collect and process telemetry data from logs, metrics, traces, s, databases, cloud resources, deployment systems, and incident management tools. Create data correlation engines that connect signals across multiple systems to identify patterns, anomalies, and operational issues. Implement integrations with monitoring, observability, ITSM, and cloud platforms using REST APIs and event-driven architectures. Develop agent workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or OpenAI Agents SDK. Integrate function calling, tool calling, and external system interactions within AI agent architectures. Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations where applicable to enable secure and scalable tool connectivity. Contribute to AI evaluation frameworks focused on response quality, hallucination reduction, reliability, and responsible AI practices. This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
