Job Title: Integrity Engineer Duration: 2 Years Location: Longford, Victoria This opportunity sits within a specialist Asset Integrity team focused on the reliability and safety of fixed equipment across offshore assets, processing facilities, and terminal operations. The role supports piping integrity, corrosion management, inspection planning, and asset reliability programs, with involvement in technical assessment, inspection strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers exposure to both offshore and onshore processing environments while contributing to critical integrity outcomes. Required Experience Experience within oil and gas, energy, petrochemical, or heavy industrial environmentsExperience supporting fixed equipment integrity across offshore assets, processing facilities, or terminal operationsExperience developing, reviewing, and optimising piping inspection programs and inspection plansMaintaining and analyzing piping integrity data, inspection records, and asset informationExperience investigating equipment failures and performing root cause analysisSupporting Management of Change processes and Fitness-for-Service assessments for in-service equipment Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, or a related Engineering disciplineCandidates with prior experience working directly for Tier 1 Oil & Gas operatorsIn-service inspectionFitness-for-Service assessmentMaterials and corrosion engineeringNon-Destructive Testing and Non-Destructive ExaminationRisk-Based InspectionTechnical support for corrosion and coating integrity programsAbility to identify and recommend repair, maintenance, and equipment improvement solutionsKnowledge of industry standards and codes including AS, ASME, API, AMPP, BS, and ISOStrong analytical, communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a dynamic environment while driving technical excellence and asset integrity outcomes ABOUT AIRSWIFT Airswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
