What you bring to the table
A technical “spike”: You have strong experience in either:Frontend: React, Next.js, and TypeScript, including component architecture, state management, and rendering performanceBackend: Systems design, API architecture, and database optimizationYou have strong product intuition and care about the "why" as much as the "how" when building user-facing softwareYou are adaptable and willing to jump into new territory across the stack to ship a featureYou appreciate a high degree of ownership and thrive when defining solutions rather than following a specYou’re eager to talk directly with customers and use those insights to shape what we build
