YOUR IMPACT The lead engineer’s main role is to assist in preparing high and low level architecture design, to provide required documentations, to recommend process improvements (such as providing/improving the coding guidelines) and at the same time to code, test and analyze software programs and applications. He is expected to serve as one of the team’s subject matter expert. The lead engineer can also perform project management tasks. Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we’re happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off. Salary Range: $118,000 - $168,000; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
