About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Multibanking team within the Haufe Group. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our cloud-based multibanking platform, which handles an impressive volume of transactions daily. Your expertise will contribute to creating seamless, secure, and innovative financial solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess at least five years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a proven track record in building modern, scalable banking or financial software. You should be proficient in frontend development with React and TypeScript, and backend expertise in Spring Boot (Java) along with experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL. Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly microservices architectures on AWS (including EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda), is essential. You should have a solid understanding of integrating AI tools into development workflows and a practical approach to building AI-driven applications. Strong knowledge of clean code principles, test-driven development, and agile methodologies is expected. Fluency in German (C2 level) is required for effective communication within our team and with stakeholders. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams comprising software developers, UX/UI designers, agile coaches, and product owners to develop and enhance our multibanking platform, covering frontend, backend, and infrastructure components.Leverage AI tools actively in your development processes to improve efficiency and innovation, taking responsibility from initial concept through to production deployment.Focus on delivering customer-centric solutions by balancing continuous improvements with maintaining the stability and scalability of our high-volume, high-availability systems.Participate in selecting and implementing appropriate tools and technologies, engaging in ongoing dialogue and experimentation to optimize development workflows.Write clean, maintainable code, and advocate for test-driven development and agile practices to ensure quality and efficiency.Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior team members as needed.Maintain active communication in German, facilitating clear and effective collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
