Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within a technology-driven environment, is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for engaging with candidates and stakeholders effectively. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is preferred. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a results-oriented mindset. A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are crucial for success in this role. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.Post job openings on various platforms and manage the applicant tracking system to ensure a smooth recruitment process.Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability based on job requirements and organizational culture.Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely feedback and communication.Assist in onboarding new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote GrabJobs as an employer of choice.
