What You Will Be Doing:
Designing, building, and maintaining scalable ML and data platforms using Databricks, FastAPI, and AWSBuilding and supporting recommendation and personalisation systems that drive business outcomesDeveloping and operationalising machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion through to model deployment and monitoringImplementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and AWS-native servicesCollaborating with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Architects to deploy and manage production-grade AI solutionsEstablishing ML monitoring, observability, governance, and model performance frameworksOptimising data pipelines and feature engineering processes to support scalable machine learning use cases
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, MLOps Engineering, or Machine Learning Platform EngineeringStrong hands-on experience with Databricks, including Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Workflows, and ML capabilitiesProven expertise developing scalable data and machine learning pipelines using FastAPIStrong experience with AWS, including services such as S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, SageMaker, Glue, or equivalentCommercial experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar toolingExperience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining machine learning models in production environmentsExposure to building or supporting recommendation engines, personalisation platforms, ranking models, or customer analytics solutions
