What This Position Entails The Staff Software Engineer will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative technology solutions for the P&C claims industry. As a core member of our growing Nodal® team, you will transform market needs and product requirements into scalable, high-quality software. Nodal® is a comprehensive SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze structured and unstructured data, predict claim risk, and activate early interventions on high-cost claims. Compensation The overall salary range for this role is $117,500 - $222,985. For candidates residing in: Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia the salary range is $135,125 - $222,985.All other locations the salary range is $117,500 - $193,900.
