# Director of Software Engineering ## About the Role Corporate Tools is hiring a hands-on **Director of Software Engineering** in Dallas, TX. This is a traditional company employee position that is currently remote, with occasional opportunities or requirements to come into the office. The role works 40 hours per week and provides company benefits. The Director will lead engineering across software, databases, and architecture while remaining technically hands-on. This role combines engineering leadership, technical strategy, team development, product roadmap execution, and hands-on problem-solving.
