Job Responsibilities The Senior Product Solutions Engineer serves as a key technical representative in the EMEA region. This role combines product expertise, technical consulting, developer relations, product operations, and pre-sales support to ensure that customer requirements are translated into successful product adoption and future product enhancements. The ideal candidate possesses strong software engineering experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping developers solve complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities&duties Product Strategy & Market Feedback Gather market requirements from customers, partners, and prospects throughout Europe. Analyze trends in JavaScript, .NET, Cloud, AI, and modern application development. Collaborate with global Product Management and Engineering teams to influence future product roadmaps. Recommend new features and enhancements based on customer needs and market trends. Technical Pre-Sales Support the Sales team throughout the technical evaluation process. Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept projects. Provide technical consulting regarding integration, architecture, licensing, and implementation. Engage directly with enterprise customers and development teams. Product Operations Coordinate communication between European customers and global engineering teams. Prioritize customer feedback and enhancement requests. Manage product localization efforts for the European market. Support release preparation and launch activities. Developer Relations Create technical content, blogs, code samples, tutorials, webinars, and presentations. Represent company at developer conferences, user groups, and industry events. Build credibility and awareness within the European developer community. Customer Success Support Act as technical escalation point for complex customer issues. Work closely with Support, Sales and Product teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes. Assist enterprise customers in achieving technical success with MESCIUS products. Required Qualifications 5+ years of software development, solution engineering, technical consulting, or pre-sales experience. Experience developing web applications using JavaScript frameworks. Strong understanding of modern enterprise software architectures. Hands-on experience with at least one of:ReactAngularVue.js Excellent communication skills in German and English. Customer-facing experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience with .NET technologies. Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and modern developer ecosystems. Experience presenting at technical conferences or webinars. Experience supporting enterprise software customers.
