What You Will Do Lead discovery and technical design for new features, ensuring software automates the checking process for office teams and field crews.Develop across a modern stack including React and Laravel, while prototyping new agentic experiences that take manual tasks off customers' plates.Iterate rapidly by testing prototypes with real contractors, balancing speed and accuracy for critical workflows like payroll and job costing. The ideal candidate Brings 3+ years of experience shipping production software with a strong full-stack skillset and a specific lean toward front-end development.Demonstrates a proven track record of designing data models and architectures for real products, managing complex relationships and messy integrations.Possesses a product-thinker mindset, prioritizing customer problems over deep technical puzzles and leveraging AI tools to prototype and build faster.
