WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US You will join an agile team of 5-7 engineers working on our SimCorp Data Ingestion product. Together with your team, you will understand customer requirements, design solutions, implement and test software, and support the solutions in production. While software engineering is still central to the role, we are seeking someone who can improve our engineering practices through expertise in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, and AI-assisted software development. As our products continue to evolve toward cloud-native architectures and increasingly sophisticated solutions, ensuring high quality, reliability, and delivery efficiency becomes even more important. We see AI as a key enabler for the future of software engineering and are actively exploring how AI can improve development productivity, testing effectiveness, and operational excellence. Base pay may vary based on factors such as years of experience, skills and qualifications. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and benefits including health and dental care, time off and Group RRSP/TFSA.
