Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior DevSecOps CI/CD Engineer to support a company focused on modernizing critical federal systems and delivering secure, scalable cloud-based solutions for national security missions.
This position is on-site in Huntsville, AL.
The Senior DevSecOps CI/CD Engineer will lead the development and optimization of secure CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud delivery capabilities across AWS and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities for the Senior DevSecOps CI/CD Engineer include:
Design, build, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines supporting automated builds, testing, security scanning, and deploymentsDevelop and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologiesIntegrate security controls, compliance validations, logging, monitoring, and alerting throughout the software delivery lifecycleCollaborate with Full Stack, Cloud, QA Automation, Data Engineering, and Product teams to streamline deployment processes and improve operational efficiencyTroubleshoot deployment issues, optimize pipeline performance, and support major release readiness activities
Required Qualifications for the Senior DevSecOps CI/CD Engineer include:
8+ years of experience in DevSecOps, CI/CD engineering, secure automation, or related disciplinesExperience with CI/CD platforms including GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar toolsHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, CloudFormation, and secure development best practicesStrong troubleshooting, documentation, automation scripting, and cross-functional collaboration skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related fieldActive Top Secret Security Clearance
Compensation for the Senior DevSecOps CI/CD Engineer include:
Salary Range: $150,000 - $160,000 depending on experienceFull Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Sick Leave as required by law
