Required Experience 4+ years of Product Management / Functional Product experience, preferably in Asset or Wealth Management.Strong understanding of asset management distribution and sales enablement journeys, including lead management, client 360, account hierarchies, engagement, pipeline, and reporting.Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including standard/custom objects, workflows, permissions, and platform capabilities.Strong experience in functional and logical data modelling, entity definition, MDM concepts, data quality, lineage, and entitlements.Proven ability to translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.Experience working within Agile / SAFe delivery models, including PI planning and functional acceptance.Ability to work effectively with senior business stakeholders, architects, designers, data teams, and engineering partners.Preferred Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 and Agentforce experience.Exposure to AI-enabled or agentic solutions within financial services.Experience with headless/composable architectures and reusable services across multiple channels.Experience delivering products where data architecture and quality are still evolving.
