We are seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee multiple teams building Identity Governance and Administration (Directory Manager) solutions. You'll scale processes, align technical execution with business goals, and lead teams developing .NET-based systems with Microsoft SQL Server, Elasticsearch, and Azure SaaS multi-tenant solutions. We are integrating agentic AI capabilities into our platform. Allowing AI assistants to query security data using natural language, enhancing the efficiency of security teams in assessing data exposure and access risks. With a rapidly growing customer base and an expanding team, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead, inspire, and scale high-performing enterprise engineering teams. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in Kraków office. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage multiple enterprise engineering teams and develop leadership talentCreate culture of ownership, remove blockers, foster inclusive environmentRecruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent Technical Oversight Set technical direction and ensure architectural integrity across teamsOversee scalable Directory Management/IGA solutions using .NET, SQL Server, and ElasticsearchDrive Azure cloud-native technologies and microservices architectureMaintain test coverage and ensure security compliance with Directory Management best practices Strategic Execution Translate business goals into engineering strategy and actionable objectivesLead product consolidation efforts across multiple identity platformsCoordinate cross-team technical decisions and manage technical debtPartner with Product, Design, and Security teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field10+ years' experience working in enterprise software development5+ years management experience leading multiple teams and managing managers.Expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET), Microsoft SQL Server, ElasticsearchExperience with Azure or AWS, and SaaS multi-tenant solutionsKnowledge of identity data structures, access control, and IAM security practicesStrong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure optimizationGood understanding of endpoint operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and experience with endpoint agent development or orchestration systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of cross-functional leadership.
