About The Role We are seeking a motivated Junior .NET Developer to join our dynamic IT team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of our web and internal applications that support product distribution and organizational agility. The successful candidate will work with a modern technology stack centered around Microsoft .NET, including CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and SQL Server. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement technical solutions that meet business needs, while also participating in the ongoing refinement of best practices, tools, and system improvements. This position provides a platform for growth and skill development within a fast-paced, innovative environment, reporting directly to the IT Manager. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in programming languages and development tools, with a keen interest in expanding their technical expertise. Basic understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and experience with code editors, source control, and defect tracking are essential. Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly are crucial for success. Candidates should be adaptable, able to work independently or as part of a team, and comfortable meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include at least one year of experience with ASP.NET, MVC, C#, SQL/database development, and exposure to Windows PowerShell, XML, Web Services, or UI/UX design. Responsibilities Debug and resolve software defects to ensure application stability and performance.Perform data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and ongoing data maintenance activities.Ensure the proper functioning of applications in a production environment, addressing issues proactively.Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting for core applications, resolving problems efficiently.Develop, document, and maintain design specifications, source code, and system architecture.Design logical and physical data models aligned with application requirements.Gather and analyze development and service issues to provide actionable insights and improvements.Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define technical solutions that meet business needs.Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.
