Python Developer

We are looking for a Python Developer to develop and integrate internal and external platforms in an international financial-markets environment. The role is hands-on and focused on Python, SQL and API integration rather than research or model development. We expect independence, solid software-engineering experience and English at C1 level. 🚀 Project development and integration of internal and external platforms and connection of existing models to APIs and other systems most quantitative models are already in place; the focus is on development, integration and platform support work in a small international team with regular communication with business stakeholders and analysts hands-on development role with a high level of independence 🎯 Skills excellent Python programming skills professional software-engineering experience using Python solid understanding of quantitative concepts or a degree in Mathematics is an advantage experience with relational databases, e.g. SQL Server, and writing SQL queries English at C1 level 💡 Nice to have exposure to financial products such as Rates, FX, Credit, Equities or Commodities familiarity with data-pipeline tools such as Airflow, Spark or kdb+/q understanding of data quality, controls and compliance in a regulated environment
