The role
As Senior Project Manager you lead complex engineering projects from initiation through completion, on scope, on budget, on schedule and to quality requirements.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in North Brabant, Netherlands, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams and manage stakeholdersOversee EPCm activities and plan project phasesMonitor progress and manage risks and issuesEnsure compliance with safety and regulatory standardsSupervise procurement and expediting, working with logistics and inspection teamsReport on project performance and drive continuous improvement in project executionAct as key client contact, with clear communication and strong, professional relationships
What you bring
Project leadership experience on multi-disciplinary engineering or EPCm projectsExperience in expediting: tracking vendor deliverables and ensuring timely supply of materials and equipmentKnowledge of inspection processes, coordinating quality checks and technical compliance for engineered systems and componentsLogistics management skills: transport, scheduling and material flowsProven experience in Food & Beverage, Chemical, Fine Chemicals or related process industriesBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical fieldStrong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on safety, quality and timely deliveryComfortable working in a hybrid setup with international teams, with clear communication in English
