About The Role We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience across Sierra's core product interfaces and customer-facing web pages. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our AI solutions, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and accessible experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, content, and engineering to develop and refine our web presence. Your expertise will help build robust content infrastructure, support localization efforts, optimize site performance, and uphold accessibility standards. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in frontend development with a passion for creating impactful user experiences. You should have experience working on marketing or growth-oriented websites, with a solid understanding of business metrics such as conversion funnels and SEO. Proficiency in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and React (or similar frameworks) is essential, along with a keen eye for UI/UX detail. Experience working with headless CMS platforms like Sanity, and familiarity with structured content models, will be highly advantageous. A deep commitment to performance optimization and accessibility is required, including knowledge of WCAG standards, semantic markup, and assistive technologies. You should be comfortable collaborating with non-technical stakeholders, translating their needs into technical solutions, and balancing trade-offs effectively. Additional experience with localization, internationalization, analytics, experimentation platforms, and third-party service integrations will be considered a plus. Responsibilities Own the development and maintenance of frontend interfaces across Sierra's core product and marketing platforms, ensuring a cohesive and polished user experience.Design and implement content infrastructure using Sanity CMS to empower marketing and content teams with self-serve tools, structured content schemas, and preview workflows, reducing reliance on engineering for routine updates.Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to embed analytics, enable experimentation, and translate business objectives into functional features that drive growth and engagement.Support localization and internationalization efforts by developing multilingual content workflows, translation management, and infrastructure to ensure high-quality global user experiences.Prioritize performance as a key feature by managing Core Web Vitals, media optimization, and diagnosing subtle issues like layout shifts, lazy loading, and render timing to enhance speed and responsiveness.Champion accessibility by implementing semantic markup, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, and WCAG-compliant component design to ensure inclusivity for all users.Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to translate their goals into technical solutions, maintaining a balance between design fidelity and technical feasibility.Continuously monitor and improve the frontend codebase, keeping up with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and evolving user needs.
