Senior Software Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join an established product development team and help build, enhance, and scale a proprietary software platform.
This role will work closely with engineering, QA, UX Design, and Product Management to deliver high-quality software across the full technology stack.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new features, enhancements, and fixes across the full software stack.Build a deep understanding of a proprietary platform spanning point-of-sale, product appraisal, and inventory management.Own software quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.Improve application reliability, performance, and scalability.Contribute to development and release process improvements.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in partnership with front-line teams.Participate in the Shape Up product development lifecycle.Mentor and support other engineers while fostering a collaborative team environment.Participate in occasional on-call and critical incident support.Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience building web applications.Strong experience with one or more modern backend languages and frameworks.Significant experience with modern frontend frameworks and API technologies.Strong communication, writing, problem-solving, and attention to detail.Ability to independently produce high-quality code without relying on LLM assistance.Technology Stack
