The Opportunity The Project Manager, SharePoint Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting SharePoint-based solutions that improve collaboration, document management, business processes, and organizational productivity. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and custom application development to deliver scalable business solutions. What You Will Do – Essential Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions.Create and customize SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, content types, and workflows.Develop custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).Configure and support document management, records management, permissions, and governance policies.Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Develop and maintain workflows and automated business processes.Migrate content from legacy systems to SharePoint Online.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve SharePoint-related issues.Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and IT teams to deliver solutions that meet organizational needs.Create technical documentation, user guides, and support materials.Ensure security, compliance, and best practices are followed within the Microsoft 365 environment.Stay current with Microsoft technologies and recommend improvements or enhancements. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.5+ years of SharePoint development experience.Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx).Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and SharePoint APIs.Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.Experience with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.Understanding of SharePoint security, permissions, and governance.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Experience with Power BI development and reporting.Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based integrations.Experience with SharePoint migrations and modernization projects.Microsoft certifications such as: Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate, Power Platform Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect ExpertExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
