Job Summary
MAAX, a leader in North American bathroom fixtures, is looking for a Product Manager to drive the growth of strategic product portfolios across the organization.
In this role, you will lead the development of innovative, customer-focused products—from concept to launch—while working closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Channel, and Sales.

Own assigned product categories, including full product lifecycle management and new product development
Product management responsibilities
Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
Define product positioning and key differentiators (“how we win”)Develop and maintain a long-term product roadmap aligned with business goalsManage the product portfolio to drive revenue growth and profitability while also managing products life cycleAlign product initiatives with overall company strategy and available resourcesMarket & Customer Insights
Engage with customers early in the development process to validate needs and conceptsConduct and contribute to market research (objectives, methodology, execution, and analysis)Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform decisionsFinancial & Pricing Strategy
