GTN is currently hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer – .NET / C#* Location: Fort Worth, TX — Onsite Schedule: Full-time | 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off Employment Type: Direct Hire Join a growing engineering team developing full-stack applications for aerospace, defense and mission-critical software programs. This role offers meaningful ownership across architecture, development, testing and delivery within a smaller, agile team. Strong professional .NET/C# development and hands-on Domain-Driven Design (DDD) experience are required. What You’ll Do: Build and maintain applications using C#/.NET and React, Vue or comparable frontend frameworks.Apply DDD and clean architecture to model business requirements and create maintainable systems.Design and support relational databases using PostgreSQL and SQL.Develop unit and integration tests using Test-Driven Development (TDD).Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, CI/CD workflows and cloud deployments.Troubleshoot application, integration and performance issues alongside engineering and product teams. Required Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.Strong hands-on C#/.NET and modern full-stack development experience.Practical Domain-Driven Design implementation experience.Experience with clean architecture, modern frontend frameworks and relational databases.Unit testing, integration testing and TDD experience.Familiarity with CI/CD and modern DevOps workflows.Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.. Preferred Experience: CQRS, service-oriented architecture, microservices, distributed systems, Azure or AWS, and aerospace, defense or aviation software. A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
