Full Stack Engineer

Job Overview: The Full Stack Engineer is a hands-on technical role responsible for designing, developing, and supporting business process solutions that automate, digitize, and modernize end-to-end workflows within Client's operational environment.In this role, you will participate in the full software development lifecycle, working towards the design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and support of modern applications.The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about building high-quality software solutions that drive operational efficiency and business transformation.You will work closely with a team of highly skilled engineers, business analysts, architects, and SMEs to deliver innovative solutions that improve customer and operational experiences across Client's Business Performance Measurement organization. Focuss Areas: Building cloud-native applications to replace legacy platforms and technologies.Modernizing workflow capabilities through next-generation solutions.Enhancing and optimizing operational processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and reliability.Delivering innovative solutions that simplify complex business processes. Responsibilities: Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.Develop, enhance, and maintain applications that support critical business processes and operational workflows.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards and best practices.Develop and support RESTful APIs, backend services, and system integrations that enable automation solutions.Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, architects, SMEs and user experience teams to deliver scalable and reliable applications.Assist in troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable solutions.Work towards application modernization initiatives and the migration of legacy processes to modern platforms.Participate in code reviews, team ceremonies, and continuous improvement activities.Learn and apply emerging technologies, tools, and engineering practices to improve solution delivery. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Required Skills: 3-5 years of full stack software engineering experience.Building web applications end-to-end.Developing scalable APIs and microservices.Working in Agile teams.Integrating AI-powered solutions into products.Strong system design, testing, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Python, Java.Understanding of RESTful APIs and web servicesKnowledge of relational databases and SQL fundamentalsFamiliarity with Git-based source control and development practicesExcellent communication skills, with a willingness to learn and grow Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or AzureExposure to financial services, operations, or enterprise-scale applicationsExperience in GenAI / CoPilot or any similar tool for analysis, design and code developmentPython, Java, TypeScript, React, Spring Boot, Node.js, REST APIs,AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, SQL,GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Splunk,Datadog, Agile Development.
