About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in architecting, deploying, and maintaining scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure tailored to support machine learning and AI workloads. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Kubernetes, along with substantial experience in MLOps and LLMOps. Your primary responsibilities will include designing cloud-native architectures, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring optimal performance and availability of AI-driven services in production environments. You will work closely with data scientists and ML engineers to streamline model deployment processes, enhance infrastructure efficiency, and ensure seamless integration of AI models into our SaaS offerings. Your expertise will directly impact the scalability, security, and robustness of our AI solutions, enabling Leo Technologies to deliver innovative products to our clients. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 7 years of experience managing online production environments utilizing cloud, bare metal, and container technologies. A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing production Kubernetes infrastructure, including exposure to cloud services such as AWS EKS, Azure AKS, or Google GKE, is essential. Strong proficiency in Docker containerization, scripting languages like Python, and infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation is required. Certifications such as CKA or CKAD are advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, including model training, deployment, and monitoring, especially using AWS SageMaker. Experience with MLOps frameworks like Kubeflow or MLflow, and familiarity with LLMOps practices, is highly desirable. Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and experience working within agile teams are also important. Responsibilities Architect, build, and monitor cloud-native infrastructures with Kubernetes, ensuring high availability, reliability, and scalability of AI-driven applications. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines tailored for deploying machine learning models and large language models in Kubernetes environments. Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to automate the build, deployment, and scaling of ML models, leveraging tools like AWS SageMaker, Kubeflow, and MLflow. Manage and optimize infrastructure for training, deploying, and scaling ML models, utilizing GPU clusters and cloud-native tools. Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure optimal performance of AI workloads, employing Prometheus, Grafana, and similar tools. Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents swiftly, minimizing downtime and ensuring system stability. Participate in on-call rotations, providing timely support for critical infrastructure and AI services. Ensure security and compliance of production systems, safeguarding sensitive AI and ML data in accordance with industry standards. Mentor junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
