The Project Development Expert will be responsible for preparing and coordinating investment projects related to the development of the DOFO franchise station network.
This position combines the areas of finance, business analysis, and network development, providing the opportunity to collaborate with international MOL Group teams and present projects to group-level investment committees.
Project Development Expert (K/M)
Your duties will include-
Preparation and coordination of investment projects related to the development of the DOFO franchise station network.
Developing business cases, financial analyses and DCF models for new investments.
Preparing recommendations, decision-making materials and presentations for approval processes.
Presenting investment projects and business recommendations in English to MOL Group representatives and investment committees.
Monitoring budgets, costs and key performance indicators of implemented projects.
Collaboration with Finance, Development, Operations, Legal teams and other departments involved in network development.
Collaboration with international MOL Group teams in network development and implementation of investment projects.
Support in the process of preparing contracts and documentation for new DOFO Partners.
Preparing analyses, reports and summaries to support business decision-making.
Identifying and analyzing new opportunities for the development of franchise station networks.
Requirements-
Higher education, preferred fields- economics, management, investments or related.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, investments, business development or project management.
Knowledge of issues related to investment profitability assessment, preparation of business cases and DCF analyses.
Ability to think analytically and interpret financial and business data.
Very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Very good knowledge of English, enabling the preparation of presentations and conducting business meetings.
Ability to prepare professional presentations and present recommendations to decision-makers.
Good work organization, independence and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
