Software Engineering Intern / Working Student — AI Startup We are an early-stage AI startup building a next-generation hiring intelligence and automation platform. We are looking for a highly talented and driven university student to join us as a Software Engineering Intern / Working Student. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build real products while studying. You will work directly with the founding team and contribute to product development, AI features, UX, integrations and deployment. This is not a traditional internship focused on observation or support work. We are looking for someone who wants to build, experiment and take ownership. What You Will Work On Building and improving product featuresFrontend and backend developmentCreating simple, intuitive user experiencesRapid prototyping of new product ideasWorking with LLMs, AI agents and automation workflowsAPI integrations and external data sourcesWorking with Supabase for database, authentication and backend servicesManaging code and development workflows through GitHubWorking with Cloudflare and production infrastructureTesting, debugging and improving live functionalityTaking features through the full development and deployment cycleHelping shape product design and UX Who We Are Looking For You should be: Currently studying at university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science or a related fieldTechnically talented and genuinely interested in building productsComfortable with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScriptInterested in AI, LLMs and agent-based applicationsAble to work independently and solve problems quicklyProduct-minded, with a strong interest in UX and usabilityHighly driven, curious and entrepreneurialComfortable in a fast-moving startup environmentWe value ability, initiative and real projects more than previous formal work experience.
