About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Mannapov. In this role, you will oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and ongoing enhancements. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing requirements, designing innovative solutions, and managing projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software modules. You will exercise independent judgment and strategic oversight to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and track project progress effectively. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge software products that impact our clients positively. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.Minimum of five years of web development experience, demonstrating a strong technical foundation.Proficiency in PHP, Object-Oriented Programming, JAVA, MySQL, CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.Experience working with Ubuntu and CentOS operating systems.Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, DynamoDB, MongoDB, as well as frameworks like Laravel, Bootstrap, Node.js, and React.js, is highly desirable.Strong communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Responsibilities Exercise independent judgment and discretion in overall project management, including prioritizing, planning, and tracking progress to ensure project milestones are met.Design, develop, and modify software programs, including deploying solutions to production environments.Conduct research on product development options, analyze trends, and provide strategic recommendations for product direction.Collaborate with internal departments to identify customer needs and incorporate these requirements into project objectives.Provide technical support and guidance related to product development to internal teams.Create comprehensive test cases, including automated and QA test cases, to ensure software quality and functionality.Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for all projects and modules.Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success and organizational goals.
