About The Team
Our Software Engineering team in Poland is a key part of Syncron’s global product organization, building and evolving cloud-based SaaS solutions used by leading manufacturers worldwide.
What would you do?
Improving existing codebase, including tests.Implementing new features in Java and Kotlin.Taking part in significant restructuring and architectural changes.Code review.Performance engineering, including benchmarks and tools.Communicating and documenting technical designs and architectural decisions.Implementing and maintaining support for new and evolving technologies.
Who you are? / What we expect:
1 - 3 years of experience in software development.Fluent English.Good understanding of Java and Spring Boot fundamentals, with hands-on experience in developing backend applications.Basic understanding of relational databases and data modelling concepts.Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code following established coding practices.Being self-driven in a remote and geographically distributed team.Keen interest in understanding complex domainBS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
The icing on the cake:
Exposure to or experience with JVM-based languages other than Java.Basic understanding or interest in functional programming concepts.Exposure to AWS services (ECS, S3, Lambda, Batch, RDS).Experience with or understanding of Hazelcast.
