Role Summary Seeking a DevOps/Platform Engineer to deliver a Proof of Concept for an Open-Source Workload Automation platform and evolve it into a production-ready enterprise solution. Key Responsibilities Design, build and operate containerized platforms on Kubernetes.Implement workload automation, orchestration and processing pipelines.Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.Build infrastructure automation and platform engineering capabilities.Support DevOps best practices, reliability, observability and secure deployments.Contribute to testing, release validation, scalability, monitoring and platform hardening.Collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams and drive technical delivery. Mandatory Skills 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE or Infrastructure Engineering.Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience in enterprise/production environments.Strong Kafka and Event-Driven Architecture experience.Experience with Workload Automation / Workflow Orchestration platforms.Experience with Apache Airflow or similar orchestration tools.Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Java or similar.Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.Infrastructure Automation / Platform Engineering.Automation testing, integration testing and release validation.
