About the role We are looking for an Electrical / Electronics Engineer to join our engineering team in Kraków and contribute to the development of electronic solutions for automotive applications. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, simulation, testing and validation of electronic circuits, with a strong focus on power electronics, including DC/DC converters, as well as digital and analogue circuits. You will work closely with local and international engineering teams and contribute to the development of reliable, cost-effective products designed for high-volume automotive manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Design and develop electronic devices for automotive applications, with a focus on low cost, high reliability and high-volume manufacturing.Design and test DC/DC converters and power supply circuits.Design, test and validate digital and analogue electronic circuits.Work with microcontroller-based circuits, medium-power analogue circuits and signal measurement.Perform circuit calculations, simulations and design verification.Develop and maintain schematics, PCB designs, electrical characteristics and other technical documentation.Prepare and execute prototype testing and validation activities.Analyse test results and troubleshoot electronic circuits.Participate in peer design reviews and follow the established Electrical Design Process.Work with CAD and electronic simulation tools to support the development process.Cooperate with local and remote engineering teams.Contribute to continuous improvement of design and development methodologies.Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and in accordance with applicable quality processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.2–5 years of professional experience in electronics design and testing.Hands-on experience with DC/DC converters and power supply design — required.Practical experience in testing digital and analogue electronic circuits — required.Experience designing and testing circuits involving:microcontrollers,medium-power analogue circuits,signal measurement.Practical knowledge of electronic CAD and simulation tools.Good command of English, both written and spoken.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary and international team.Willingness to work primarily from the office and laboratory in Kraków. Nice to Have Experience with EMI/EMC design and optimisation.Experience with EMI/EMC compliance in automotive electronics.Knowledge or experience with digital video interfaces, including serializers/deserializers.Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.Experience working in an automotive electronics development environment.
