Role: DevOps Engineer Duration: 6 Months+ (B2B) Location: Krakow, Poland (2-3 days onsite) Responsibilities Deliver the Proof of Concept PoC for an OpenSource Workload Automation platform and support its evolution into a production grade enterprise solutionDesign build deploy and operate containerized platforms on KubernetesImplement and manage workload automation orchestration and processing pipelinesDesign develop and maintain CICD pipelines and deployment automationBuild infrastructure automation and platform engineering capabilitiesSupport engineering teams with DevOps best practices including reliability repeatability observability and secure by design deploymentsCollaborate with globally distributed teams across multiple locations and time zonesDrive technical outcomes through strong ownership communication and delivery focusSupport testing practices including automation testing integration testing release validation and quality engineeringContribute to platform scalability monitoring hardening and operational readiness To be successful in this role you should have Hands on years of experience in DevOps Platform Engineering Site Reliability Engineering SRE or Infrastructure EngineeringStrong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in enterprise delivery and production environmentsExperience with Workload Automation platformsExperience with Kafka and Event Driven ArchitecturesExperience with Apache Airflow or workflow orchestration platformsStrong coding and scripting skills using Python Java or similar programming languagesExperience designing and implementing CICD pipelinesExperience with Infrastructure Automation and Platform EngineeringStrong testing mindset with experience in automation testing integration testing and release validationStrong communication and collaboration skills particularly across distributed global teamsAbility to work independently and drive technical delivery outcomesExperience with Jenkins is desirableExperience with Ansible is desirableExperience with GitHub and GitHub Actions is preferredExperience converting PoCs into production grade platforms is advantageousExperience with monitoring observability platform hardening and scalability practices is beneficial Skills Mandatory Skills : Kafka, Kubernetes Recruiter's Email : shikharsharma@thriveitsystems.com
