We currently are looking for a: Senior Supplier Production Management (SPM) Engineer Job description: Management of New Project Production Preparation, ensure Supplier production readiness for trials and serial delivery:Ensuring production drawing feasibility with SuppliersCarrying out readiness audits (Product Audit, Process audit, R@R (capacity confirmation trials), at supplier according to project scheduleProject Management - coordinate supplier schedules and report at milestonesAssist in problem solving activities between suppliers and manufacturing plantsEnsure production preparation through supply chain during the preproduction stageMonitor supplier performance and carry out development activitiesMass production Suppliers improvement & development in terms of QCD, Quality Cost Delivery, performanceWorking with cross functional team within Toyota Boshoku (Quality, Purchasing, RnD etc.) Requirements: Engineering degree or relevant work experienceMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar roleFluent in EnglishExperienced in automotive industry is considered as a plusEager to learn and have an affinity with mechanical aspects of production methodsGood communication skillsDriving license B Willing to travel abroad, within Europe and Turkey for short visits up to 30% but depending on project milestones What we offer?
