Engineering Manager

Job Description – Own and manage the engineering delivery roadmap, partnering with customer leadership to define technical priorities and roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Balance delivery speed, quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability when making engineering decisions. Lead AI-driven engineering transformation across the software development lifecycle. Drive adoption of AI-assisted coding, code review, testing, and developer productivity tools. Identify opportunities to embed AI/ML capabilities into customer products, with a focus on cost optimization and faster delivery. Take end-to-end technical ownership of solution architecture, system design, development, and production delivery. Design and deliver highly available, scalable, and cloud-native systems. Ensure production systems meet required standards for reliability, performance, scalability, and operational stability. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Engineering, customer, and partner teams to establish priorities and technical direction. Contribute to defining OKRs, architecture decisions, engineering priorities, and delivery plans. Establish and promote best practices across code quality, testing, CI/CD, engineering standards, and software delivery. Build a strong, high-performing engineering team through mentoring, capability development, and knowledge sharing. Represent engineering in governance, strategic planning, budgeting, and executive reporting activities. Identify and proactively address technical debt, engineering bottlenecks, risks, and cross-team dependencies. Partner with customer leadership to ensure technical execution remains aligned with business goals and delivery expectations.
