Maintenance Associate

Job DescriptionConduct routine preventive maintenance (PM) inspections across assigned tmart dark stores and warehouse facilities on a scheduled basis.Perform regular store visits to assess facility condition, identify maintenance needs, and execute corrective actions on-site.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems to minimize operational disruption.Coordinate with store operations teams to schedule maintenance windows with minimum impact on order fulfilment.Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and spare-parts inventory using the facility management system.Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.Respond promptly to emergency breakdown calls and provide hands-on repair support at any assigned location.Liaise with external contractors and vendors for specialist repairs; supervise and quality-check their work on-site.Track and report on key maintenance KPIs (MTTR, PM completion rate, energy consumption) to the Maintenance Manager.Support facility improvement and energy-efficiency initiatives across the tmart network.
