We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and play a key role in transforming innovative designs into efficient, scalable manufacturing solutions. Responsibilities: Drive production readiness for new and existing productsDevelop and maintain Work Instructions, SOPs, and Safe Working PracticesManage Production BOMs and engineering change processes (ECR/ECN)Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams throughout the product lifecycleLead Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 initiativesSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and Design for Manufacture (DFM)Identify opportunities for automation, process optimisation, and cost reductionProvide technical support across Production, Service, Sales, and Customer Support functionsQualifications: Experience in a Manufacturing Engineer or similar engineering roleStrong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principlesExperience with NPI, Design for Manufacture, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous ImprovementKnowledge of ERP systems (D365 preferred) and production data analysisExcellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsDegree-qualified in Engineering (or equivalent experience)Knowledge of GD&T, CAD, and PLM systems is advantageous If you're passionate about manufacturing excellence, continuous improvement, and bringing cutting-edge technology to life, we'd love to hear from you. #ManufacturingEngineer #EngineeringJobs #LeanManufacturing #NPI #MechanicalEngineering #ProductionEngineering #RapiscanSystems #Hiring
