Position: IBM FileNet Case Manager Developer
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced IBM FileNet Case Manager Developer with strong expertise in IBM FileNet P8, IBM Case Manager (ICM), and Business Automation Workflow (BAW).
The ideal candidate will design, develop, implement, and support enterprise-scale case management and content management solutions while collaborating with architects, business stakeholders, and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop IBM FileNet and IBM Case Manager solutions.
• Configure case types, workflows, business processes, roles, and in-baskets.
• Develop custom components, APIs, integrations, and user interface customizations.
• Customize IBM Content Navigator (ICN) and develop plugins.
• Integrate FileNet solutions with enterprise applications and external systems.
• Perform solution design, impact analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Support deployments, migrations, upgrades, and production releases.
• Provide L2/L3 support and resolve application issues.
• Create technical design documents and operational runbooks.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and development best practices.
Mandatory Skills
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Case Manager / FileNet development.
