Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Software Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in LLM applications, RAG, AI coding tools, and production-grade software engineering.
Critical Must-Have Skills
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.4+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years building and deploying ML/AI systems in production.Hands-on experience developing and deploying LLM-based applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or open-source models.Strong experience with RAG, embeddings, and production vector databases/stores.Proven experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor, alongside strong core coding skills.Strong Python expertise with PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn, pandas, and NumPy.Additional Requirements
Strong Git, branching, and pull-request/code review practices.Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar.Hands-on Azure experience (AKS, App Service, Functions, Azure AI/ML, etc.) and Docker/containerization.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical/modeling decisions to non-technical stakeholders.Comfortable working effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed team.
