We're working with a fast-scaling compliance technology business looking for a Senior/Lead DevOps Engineer who can pick up complex platform work and run with it, no hand-holding required. We're hiring at two levels for this position, Senior DevOps Engineer and Lead DevOps Engineer, because we know great candidates come with a range of experience. The Role This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, and we're recruiting for it at two levels: Senior DevOps Engineer – you'll take ownership of production platform work and infrastructure builds with real autonomy, working alongside the Lead DevOps Engineer and the wider platform team, but without needing detailed direction on how to get things done. Lead DevOps Engineer – you'll take on that same hands-on ownership, plus set technical direction for the platform, mentor other engineers, and help shape how DevOps practice scales across the wider engineering team.
