About the role As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will play a key role in building, securing, and operating the infrastructure behind our new Security Operations platform. This is a hands-on role with significant responsibility and direct impact on a growing product. You will work closely with our product development team and alongside our existing Senior DevSecOps Engineer, sharing ownership of our cloud infrastructure, deployment processes, security controls, monitoring, and operational reliability. What you’ll do Design, build, secure, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure for our Security Operations platformWork closely with developers to embed security, reliability, and operational best practices throughout the software development lifecycleBuild, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processesDevelop and manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform and AnsibleManage containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or similar technologiesImplement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability capabilitiesManage identity and access controls, secrets, encryption, network security, and segmentationAutomate infrastructure, deployment, and security processes using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languagesSupport cloud security, vulnerability management, system hardening, and remediation effortsTroubleshoot infrastructure and production issues in collaboration with the development teamMaintain clear technical documentation, operational procedures, and incident runbooksCollaborate across time zones to ensure knowledge sharing, continuity, and reliable global infrastructure coverageContribute to infrastructure planning, technical roadmaps, and security-related decisions as the product scalesRequirements 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, or a related roleStrong production experience with AWS and/or AzureHands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools such as Terraform and AnsibleExperience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or ECSExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesStrong understanding of Linux environments, cloud networking, IAM, access controls, and secrets managementSolid knowledge of security principles, including secure SDLC, threat modeling, encryption, vulnerability management, and infrastructure hardeningExperience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting production environmentsScripting experience with Python, Bash, or similar languagesKnowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPRStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh level of ownership and the ability to work independently in a distributed environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceWhy join us?
