Description

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to join our team and work on the design, development and industrialization of modern Generative AI solutions. This role is particularly suited to someone who has actually built AI agents and AI-powered solutions, rather than someone whose experience is limited to using ChatGPT or experimenting with LLMs. We value candidates who can demonstrate real projects, production implementations and hands-on engineering experience across the Agentic AI ecosystem. Requirements: We are looking for candidates with strong practical experience in Agentic AI. Ideally, you should be able to demonstrate hands-on experience in at least 5 of the following areas: Building AI agents Building multi-agent systems Working with LangGraph Working with CrewAI Building AI applications Developing FastAPI services Building agent orchestration Integrating tools and external services with LLMs Productionizing and deploying AI agents Building GenAI assistants Developing RAG solutions Integrating GenAI solutions through APIs Taking AI prototypes through industrialization Implementing documentation and CI/CD for AI solutions Offer: Location: Poland / Remote + equipment pick up in Warsaw/Wrocław/KatowiceEmployment: B2B contract with apreel Salary: up to 170 PLN/h +VAT
