Software Developer – C#/.NET, SQL & LMS Location: Luxembourg Contract: Full-time Language: English & French About the Role We are looking for a Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, integration and support of software solutions in a public-service environment. The ideal candidate combines strong C#/.NET and SQL development skills with a good understanding of frontend technologies, system integration and end-user support. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is considered a strong asset. You will work in a multicultural environment, collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders and end-users. Key Responsibilities Design and develop software solutions based on functional requirements and high-level technical specifications.Develop and maintain applications using C#/.NET, including .NET Core / .NET 6+.Design, develop and optimise SQL databases, queries and stored procedures.Develop and maintain basic frontend components using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.Integrate systems and applications using REST APIs and/or message-based communication.Analyse technical requirements and contribute to software architecture and technical design.Provide technical support to end-users, including helpdesk and/or in-person assistance.Contribute to the administration and maintenance of Learning Management Systems (LMS).Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.Produce and maintain relevant technical documentation.Work effectively in a multicultural and international environment. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of higher education in Computer Science or a related field.At least 1 year of experience in technical software design, based on functional requirements and high-level technical design.At least 2 years of professional experience with SQL, including:Database/table designQuery developmentQuery optimisation/tuningStored proceduresAt least 2 years of experience developing solutions with C#/.NET, including .NET Core / .NET 6+.At least 1 year of experience integrating systems using REST APIs or message-based communication.At least 2 years of experience with frontend development, including HTML, CSS and JavaScript.At least 1 year of experience providing end-user support, such as helpdesk or in-person support.At least 1 year of experience administering or working with a Learning Management System (LMS).Experience working in a multicultural public-service or aviation-related environment is an advantage. Languages English: written and spoken, minimum B2 level, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including non-native English speakers.French: good written and spoken communication skills.
